The Office of the Comptroller General has implemented the National System of Complaints (SINAD) to receive and respond to citizen complaints swiftly on alleged corruption in public administration. SINAD is the set of organizational units, standards, processes and procedures of the National System of Control, established to develop the handling of complaints submitted to the Comptrollership and the Institutional Control Bodies.
